Rams Park Condominium Association is a 30-unit community located at 2226 West Elizabeth Street in Fort Collins, less than two miles from Colorado State University. The community is conveniently situated along the West Elizabeth corridor near public transportation, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment. Residents also enjoy attractive foothill views and convenient access to outdoor recreation.

Association services include common amenities, trash service, snow removal, grounds maintenance, management, exterior building maintenance, water, sewer, and Association insurance.
